The inaugural member spring clean up was a smashing success! It was looking doubtful with the two inches of snow on the ground, the day before. Sunshine and temperatures in the fifties on Saturday were just right for raking though!
The day started with a free lunch of hotdogs, provided by Mr. Wild and Mr. Bourjaily from the Greens Committee and chili by Mr. Ciesick from the House Committee. We then went to work raking in groups throughout the course. I was really impressed by how much we accomplished that day.
I’d like to thank everyone involved who donated their time to help out!
Great job everyone! Thanks a million.
Tim Robey - Superintendent
P.S. See you on the course with a club in your hand, NOT a rake!
